When can this start?
This private antenatal course would start 6-8 weeks before your due date and will cover the first six weeks of motherhood, after your birth.
It lasts approx 12 weeks of individual (couple) support and mentoring.
What does it include?
This course is a private, one-to-one antenatal course which is a completely personalised birth preparation plan.
Together we will plan your bespoke birthing preparation programme. This to be tailored to your personality, your own circumstances, your aspirations for birth, and addressing your fears and concerns. I will suggest materials you might want to access; videos, reading, relaxations and can prepare individual relaxations and affirmations for your needs.
This programme will include 1:1 antenatal classes (at my home, or yours) and home visits in the 6 weeks after your baby is born. Topics covered can be chosen from the antenatal class content listed in our group antenatal classes, or can be completely tailored according to your needs.
I will be available to you and accessible by phone or video call during this period to listen; for help and advice on any aspect of your pregnancy wellbeing, baby care and breast feeding.
Clients have found the postnatal visits and advice especially valuable, particularly for breastfeeding support in the weeks after birth.

SeAntenatal Classes (Up to 6 mums)
What does it include?
5 antenatal classes (2 of which will include birth partners) will cover everything you need to prepare you for labour, birth, breastfeeding and early parenting:
- Physiology of pregnancy/labour and birth
- Well being
- Mind/body relationship/hormones
- Coping strategies for labour.
- Weekly practice of relaxation and breathing patterns/Hypnobirthing techniques/visualisations/affirmations
- Birth choices
- Hospital procedures
- Pain Relief
- Hospital/home birth
- Variations in labour – induction, caesarians.
- Breastfeeding
- Early parenting.
- Partners preparation

Private Short Course
This is for those of you who don’t want or need a full antenatal programme or just want some additional information on a specific topic or to discuss a concern in private. Or you might want to complement some online training.
My short courses offer people the chance to gain a short, private session for additional support on any topic or concern they may have. Some people choose to supplement some online learning with a short one-to-one with me. Please just get in touch and I will let you know how I can help.
This is a popular option for people to gain further support on things like:
